Our Company
For over 35 years ago, the Murphy Custom Homes team has been specializing in building high-end custom homes building five to 10 custom homes annually ranging in price from $500,000 to two million+. They build on client owned homesites in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania and in Delaware.
Michael Murphy, Sr. has always instilled the same philosophy that continues to drive his company today: “we partner with our homebuyers to build their dream.” He believes in a hands-on, communicative approach at every stage, with every home and every buyer.
